A Season of Giving
Each December, volunteers come together to share love and support with the resident patients of the Southeastern Blinded Veteran Rehabilitation Center. This year’s Christmas luncheon continued that cherished tradition — filling the center’s halls with laughter, warmth, and the unmistakable spirit of the holidays.
Volunteers prepared and served a festive meal alongside hand-filled Christmas stockings brimming with personal-care essentials, comfort items, and gift cards — small tokens of appreciation for the extraordinary sacrifices these veterans have made.

The Harper House 2025
Harper House is a physical house that out-of-town blind veterans and families can be together, or so the families can be near when medical treatments are occurring.
Thank you for your continued support!
There was hardly a week in 2025 that at least one veteran, with their spouses/caregivers/ were able to stay for medical care.
Some had to stay for three months or more.
During the Karl Harper 2025 Arm-In-Arm Fun Walk, two families were in residence.
